txt 1: Had my first PT appt today. My physical therapist, Evil Bob, wants me in twice a week for the next few weeks then once a week for the next several months.

Quickly: my GP changed my BP meds. I've needed a few days to get used to it. I also requested, and was granted, a referral to a physical therapist. Definitely dislocated my knee this morning. Holy hell but that hurt. If that ever happens again, I'm just crawling into the middle of the road and waiting for something to run over my head.
